This meditation series is divided into four stages, each building on the last, to gently guide you toward a profound inner awakening:
Day 1: Relax
Begin by deeply relaxing your body, allowing your mind to follow. This foundational step prepares you to open the higher channels of communication within yourself.
Day 2: Feel
Once relaxed, you’ll relearn the art of feeling—using your senses, emotions, and inner energy to gather information that transcends the mental realm. This is your gateway to the unconscious and superconscious.
Day 3: Connect
With heightened awareness, you’ll connect more deeply with the present moment, with others, with the Earth, and with Source. This connection elevates your frequency, allowing you to remember your true essence and creative power.
Day 4: Awaken
As you reconnect with your whole self, you’ll unlock the ability to imagine and manifest your highest aspirations. In this state of wholeness, healing, transformation, and empowerment flow naturally, and you’ll begin to shed the limitations imposed by the false matrix of societal conditioning.

The Space
Our meditation sessions take place either in our cozy studio or amidst the majestic Guanacaste tree, depending on the preferences and comfort of our guests at the time.
To ensure your comfort during meditation, we provide yoga mats and meditation cushions for you to use. Whether you choose to sit on the floor, on a cushion, or on a sofa, our experienced meditation guide will ensure that you find a posture that supports your body and allows you to fully immerse yourself in the present moment.
